Nudges go out every 15 minutes, up to 6 times per item per day, and are skipped for anyone on approved leave. Requires the reminder engine to be deployed (UPGRADE_GUIDE.md).
Leave requests email HR with the founders in copy. Decisions email the person, with HR and founders in copy. Needs the send-email function deployed and a Resend API key saved in Supabase.
Mark a holiday to switch off every reminder for that day, or put the whole team on work from home so nobody is flagged for punching in remotely.
Punching in from one of these connections counts as being in the office. Saturdays and approved work-from-home are exempt; anything else is flagged in red on the sheet and alerts you on Google Chat.
Only these email addresses can create an account. Anyone else is refused by the database itself, so the app URL can be shared safely.
